APC CHANGE!!!: President Jonathan Congratulates General Buhari On His Victory

President Goodluck Jonathan has congratulated General Muhammadu Buhari on his victory in the presidential elections.

President Jonathan in a phone call at exactly 5:15pm on March 31, 2015 conceded defeat and congratulated his opponent in the keenly contested elections.
The incumbent President contested for re-election under the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, against General Buhari of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, is yet to announce all the results from the 36 states, and also yet to announce the winner of the elections. As it stands, APC is leading with 14,951,374 votes, while PDP has 12,827,522 votes.
