An 18-year-old wife, Rahma Hussaini, Wednesday, stabbed her newly wedded husband at Darmunawa quarters of Kano after the couple had a quarrel, reports have said. Sources said Rahma was forced to marry the 24-year-old Tijjani Basiru. A neighbour, Isa Alhassan told Vanguard that the young couple got married last Friday, pointing out that “from what we heard the union was a product of forced marriage”. “We were alarmed by a frightening scream of a subdued man in need of rescue and we rushed to discovered that the man of the house was in the pool of his blood. “Neighbours mobilized and took the groom to the hospital but doctors confirmed him dead on arrival,” Alhassan said. According to the eyewitness, the bride was handed over to the police that arrived in good time following a tip off. A homeless man in Columbus, Georgia, USA, Domonique Smith, has been arrested and charged to court for breaking into several funeral homes to have sex with female corpses, GoddyNaija reports. The 26-year-old Smith, was Monday after he was found with a bike reported stolen from a local funeral home. On interrogation, he confessed that he stole the bike from the funeral home after he had broken in to sleep with dead bodies. The suspect took the police to a vacant home where he had other allegedly stolen items, like TVs and guns. According to Captain Gordon Griswould of the Columbus Police Department, Smith has been charged with necrophilia case, which carries a prison sentence of one to 10 years. A prime suspect in the murder of Cynthia Osokogwu, Okwumo Nwabufor, has told an Igbosere High Court that the nu de photos of the late girl found by the police in his laptop were planted there by the police.
